Our expertise in sales covers the entire Jersey Cape from the Wildwoods and Cape May to Lower and Middle Townships to Avalon and Stone Harbor. Our rentals focus throughout the Wildwoods from the Crest to Anglesea.

In addition to the rental rate, Saylor Point Realty Group has two non-refundable fees per lease, an Administration and a Vacation Rental Damage Protection Fee (each $70USD). 

Also, if you are vacationing in one of our few PET FRIENDLY rentals, there may be an additional PET RATE added to the total rental rate per the rental listing agreement. Feel free to call or email us for more information.
